This place claims to offer amenities, but the reality is quite different. Room cleanliness was a significant concern, with unclean kitchens and insect issues. Despite friendly staff, the overall experience felt unsafe and unsanitary. Prepare for minimal breakfast options, too. Really, an extended stay can’t lack basic hygiene!

The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen, but the gnats in the bathroom made our stay uncomfortable. The grab-and-go breakfast was sufficient but could use more variety.

The outdoor pool was a great escape for the kids, and I loved the gym facilities. Our family enjoyed the spacious area in our room, which made it easy to manage with our little baby around.

Richardson's local eats brought the flavor, especially sacrificing my diet for some killer tacos at Torchy's and trusty Chipotle right around the corner. The quick access to rideshare options was a major win in navigating this urban jungle!

Everything felt like a missed opportunity! The rooms were like a horror show—sticky carpets, dirty linens, and what was that? White drip marks on the headboard? No thanks! My neighbors seemed to think it was party central, with chaos until 1 AM. Talk about a buzzkill.

hawthorn offered a nice apartment vibe for our stay. the grab and go bag breakfast was a neat touch, and the staff were very courteous. we appreciated the respectful atmosphere among the occupants too, which made our two nights enjoyable.

I found dirty socks in the kitchen cabinets and a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. The air conditioning struggled to function properly, making the room uncomfortable. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They tried to help with my complaints but were often hindered by a lack of resources to address the issues effectively. The kitchenette feature was an appealing aspect, allowing me the option to cook meals, yet it lacked essential items like a coffee maker. The mattress was comfortable, contributing to decent sleep despite the noise from other guests. I also appreciated having a sofa in the room for extra seating space. However, the overall condition of the facility felt quite dated, and safety concerns loomed due to the surroundings. While the staff made efforts, significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and safety are desperately needed for a better stay experience.

I couldn’t get over how spacious my Queen Studio Suite Non-Smoking felt! It resembled an apartment Plus, the option for Indian food on request added a sprinkle of love and comfort to my stay!
